We ship using Expedited Parcel by Canada Post or via Courier which means you should get your parcel in 4-7 business days once shipped. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us for Xpress or Priority Post rates. 

If your order qualifies for free shipping and one or two books are backordered, we will hold your entire order until we can ship. If the wait is longer than several days, we will be sure to email you and notify you of total wait time. We can make arrangements for split shipping an order for a flat rate shipping charge if necessary.

How to Order

Orders can be placed by adding products to your shopping cart and checking out. You can also order by phone, email, or regular mail. If you are ordering online, your order will automatically be emailed to us once you check out. You will receive an email confirmation within two working days that your order is being processed. We usually ship orders within 2 business days, excluding PRE-ORDERS. If you have any questions, use the message box that will be submitted with your order with any additional information/instructions.

At Grace & Wonder Press we have a very limited amount of stock on current products and should be able to send out your order quickly after it is received. If you are in a particular hurry, please let us know and we will inform you of any delays. 

PRE-ORDERs will be labeled as such, and a description of the timeline will be given in the product listing. We do try to keep this information up to date. Feel free to message or email us to confirm or if you have any questions.

Payment can be made online with Interac E-transfer, VISA, MasterCard or PayPal.

Purchase Orders

We are working toward offering PO in the future. If you are looking to order using a P.O. immediately, please reach out and we will try to make it happen sooner.

Hours

We currently do not have a brick and mortar store, but we do offer local pick up. Please make sure that we are available to meet up for your local pick up. We are closed on Sundays.

Our regular hours are 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. Local pick-up may also be available on the weekends; please reach out to confirm.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling costs to destinations in Canada are based on the value of your order. Shipping costs to the US are based on weight and calculated at checkout.
